2016 Update!
Happy new year everyone! I hope everyone is off to a great start to the year. 2 weeks in and I can already say 2016 is shaping up to be a great year! Some of you have messaged me asking for an update as to what is new. The easiest way for me to reply to all of you is by writing this post, so here we go.

The last month has been so busy. Rade and I had to leave Korea earlier than planned because his visa application to Canada got approved. We are so happy about the approval, I cannot begin to express it in words! But I am so sad I had to leave so early without a proper goodbye with my sweet students. Korea was a great experience, and I have already started writing a post about my overall thoughts which I hope to share with you soon. It has been hard to keep up with my blog because of the move, planning for our wedding, the holidays, and catching up with friends and family, not to mention school is back in full swing for me again (I am graduating in April with a masters degree so I am very excited about that!).

A lot of you commented on my latest post above on Instagram. Thank you everyone for the congratulations! We are both so excited to celebrate our marriage with dear friends and family. The wedding planning process is not an easy one, and especially when we are leaving in less than a month and not returning until a few weeks before the wedding. People have a laid back attitude in Serbia where a lot of things are left to the last minute. Very few understand the fact that I want things organized before I leave. "But your wedding is not until August" they say. Ya but I'm not going to be here. Anyone else plan a wedding abroad? How did you manage it? Help!

Because of the wedding we will be saving as much as possible so we will be taking very few vacations this year. That's ok because 2015 was full of travel! We are planning a trip somewhere for our honeymoon/my 30th birthday so I am looking forward to that (more details to come).

This year on the blog I will share my travel adventures from 2015, Rade's and my journey back to Canada, and whatever other adventures come our way. I will be launching a couple of posts in Serbo-Croatian for my dear Balkan followers to enjoy as well. I am also planning out some giveaways and other travel blogger features on my social media sites, so stay tuned for more info!

Happy Travels!
